The chieftains sent by Dao Lan-na, the pacification superintendent of the Da-dian Military and Civilian Superintendency in Yun-nan came to offer tribute. On their departure, they were given brocaded silks and other goods to confer upon the pacification superintendent. Variegated silks and clothing, as appropriate, were conferred upon the chieftains.
