Sixteen yi envoys from the country of Annam and one yi envoy from the country of Cambodia had, because their ship was damaged by the wind, drifted to the region of Guang-dong. The surveillance vice commissioner and maritime route inspector advised and requested permission to supply them with grain and provisions and that, when a tribute envoy from their country passed through, to hand them over to him to take back. The Ministry of Rites re-memorialized the request and it was approved.
