Li Hui, the king of the country of Annam, had passed away. The attendant minister Ruan Qi (Alt: Ruan Lin) and others who had been sent by the king's son [Li] Yi advised of the death. It was Imperially commanded that officials be sent to carry out the mourning rituals.
