The attendant minister Li Yu (Alt: Li Qian) and others who had been sent by Li Hao, the king of the country of Annam, came to offer tribute in accordance with the stipulated tribute frequency requirement. A banquet as well as variegated silks and other goods, as appropriate, were conferred upon them. They were also given brocaded silks and other goods, in accordance with the precedents, to confer, on their return home, upon their king.
