The salt tax was again levied on Nan-gan, Jiang-xi like before. Formerly, due to the expedition to punish Annam, these funds were retained for use. At this time, the Ministry of Revenue memorialized a request that, as the situation had returned to normal, the levying be re-introduced. This was approved.
