The three offices of Guang-dong memorialized: "The Supervising Secretary Pan Ben-yu and others who were sent as envoys to Champa have returned. A search of their ship revealed that the Judge Luo Fu and others, a total of 242 persons from the "Imperial Force for Voyages to the Fan" had brought back a total of 1,933 jin of ivory comb blanks, ebony, tin, bees-wax and other goods. All of these goods should be confiscated." It was ordered that the offices return all of the goods to the people they had been taken from.
