Li Jun, the king of the country of Annam, memorialized: "It is over 10 years since I received the grace of the Court and was enfeoffed as king, and since then I have respectfully carried out the Court's orders. It is humbly requested that a ceremonial robe and crown (袞冕) be conferred upon me in accordance with the precedent by which these were conferred upon the king of Korea." The Emperor did not allow this.
