Yin Min, assistant commissioner of the left in the Office of Transmission, was sent as chief envoy and Wang Yu, a supervising secretary in the Office fo Scrutiny for Rites, was sent as deputy envoy to take enfeoffment credentials with which to enfeoff Li Cong, the eldest son of a secondary wife of Li Lin, deceased king of the country of Annam, as the king of the country of Annam. At this time, as Li Jun had died without an heir, the people of the country had submitted a memorial requesting that Cong be appointed as king. This order was issued in accordance with that request.
