Si Shun, the pacification officer of the Man-mo Pacification Office, fled to Jin-sha River. The Grand Coordinator Liu Shi-zeng memorialized the event and requested that Liu Tian-feng, the mobile corps commander of Lin-an/Yuan-jiang replace the Regional Vice Commander Liu Ting. An Imperial command was issued noting that those commanders who gave rise to rebellion by the newly-attached distant yi were to be sternly investigated.
