The Minister of Revenue Zhao Shi-qing proposed that, as the taxation official had had dealings with the yi and violated the maritime prohibitions, such actions be firmly stopped, so as to root out the sprouts of disorder. There was no response to his memorial. His proposal was submitted in relation to Xu Jue-ju's impeachment of Gao Cai.
