Guo Zhi and Chen Bin were transferred to the He-nan Circuit, Geng Ding and Li Min were transferred to the Zhe-jiang Circuit, Zhou Hong and Huang Run-yu were transferred to the Guang-xi Circuit, Qin Huan was transferred to the Guang-dong Circuit, Zhang Qi was transferred to the Shan-dong Circuit, Yan Gong was transferred to the Shaan-xi Circuit and Chen Yong was transferred to the Gui-zhou Circuit.
