Biao-li of variegated silks, silk gauzes, damasks, cotton cloth and suits of clothing made from silk interwoven with gold thread, as appropriate, were conferred upon the envoy Du-zhe-kan and others, a total of 81 persons from the country of Samudera. In addition, headwear and belts were conferred upon Du-zhe-kan and others, a total of eight persons. Further, Imperial orders, patterned brocades, ramie-silk and silk gauzes were sent with them to be conferred, on their return home, upon the king of their country.
