Guang-yi Subprefecture in Jin-chi, Yun-nan was placed under the jurisdiction of the Yun-nan Provincial Administration Commission. Mang Sai, formerly a company commander under the Yong-chang Battalion, was appointed as deputy magistrate of the subprefecture.
