The Feng-cheng Marquis Li Bin, regional commander of Jiao-zhi, captured the bandit leader Fan Yu, the false Luo-ping King. Yu had previously been defeated and had fled. He then again returned to Dong-chao Subprefecture and gathered a force to rob and pillage. The troops captured him there and he was sent fettered to the capital.
