Paper money and silks, together with Imperial orders of instruction were conferred upon Zhan-ba Di-lai, the king of the country of Champa. The orders read: "You have again memorialized about Annam's attacks and such matters and I have again sent orders of castigation to Hu Di. You too should cultivate virtue and goodness to protect your land and people. If Di stupidly does not reform, the trouble will lie with him and the Court itself will handle the matter."
