The seal-holding officials of the prefectures of Wu-ding, Li-jiang, Meng-hua, Jing-dong and Zhen-yuan, the subprefectures of Luo-xiong and Zhan-yi and Luo-ci County, all in Yun-nan, were exempted from coming to Court for an audience. This was ordered as the grand coordinator and regional inspector had memorialized that the areas they administered were not peaceful.
