Housing and utensils were conferred upon Ruan Bao-ji, a company commander receiving salary from the Judges Office under the Embroidered-Uniform Guard. Bao-ji had his origins in Jiao-zhi. When Li Li rebelled, he followed the Imperial army and, for his achievements in killing bandits, was appointed to his post. At this time, he made a request for conferral in accordance with the precedents. It was thus that what is noted was conferred upon him.
