The Auxiliary Ministry of Works memorialized: "The Che-li Military and Civilian Pacification Superintendency and other places in Yun-nan, as well as the country of Japan, were issued sequential despatch notes, tally slips and reference stub books during the Xuan-de reign (1426-35). Now that there is a new reign title, the regulations require that these should be changed." This was approved.
