The Ministry of Rites memorialized that the headwear and filigree gold belt of Kun Pu-lun-zhi, the senior envoy from the country of Siam, had not been exchanged for new ones for many years and that the deputy envoy, interpreter, manager (幹事), navigator and ship superintendent (總管) had never had headwear and belts conferred upon them. It was requested that the headwear and belts be exchanged and conferred in accordance with the precedents. This was approved.
