The Vice Commissioner-in-chief Mu Ang, regional commander of Yun-nan, was promoted to commissioner-in-chief of the right, and 5,000 guan of paper money, 80 liang of silver and eight biao-li of variegated silks were conferred upon him. This promotion was ordered as, when the expedition was sent against Lu-chuan, Ang realized achievements in providing continuous supplies and in coordination and assistance.
