The Regional Commander and Ding-xi Marquis Jiang Gui was given a grain salary increase of 500 shi of rice. The Jing-yuan Earl Wang Ji, Minister of War and supreme commander of Yun-nan military affairs, was given a grain salary increase of 300 shi of rice. One hundred liang of silver, 10 biao-li of variegated silks and 10,000 guan of paper money were conferred upon each of them. The vice director of the left Xiao Bao was promoted to eunuch director. The Commissioner-in-chief of the Right Mu Ang, regional commander of Yun-nan, was promoted to commissioner-in-chief of the left. The Vice Commissioner -in-chief Ran Bao was promoted to commissioner-in-chief of the right. The Assistant Commissioner-in-chief Mao Fu-shou was promoted to vice commissioner-in-chief. Eighty liang of silver, eight biao-li of variegated silks and 5,000 guan of paper money were also conferred upon each of them. These promotions were ordered and the rewards issued on the basis of the officers' achievements in the expedition against Lu-chuan.
