The chieftain Ban Xi-nen (Alt: Ban Xi-dun) and others who had been sent by Dao Lan-na, the native-official pacification superintendent of the Ba-bai/Da-dian Pacification Superintendency in Yun-nan, came to Court and offered tribute of elephant tusks, rhinoceros horn and other goods. A banquet as well as variegated silks and other goods as appropriate were conferred upon them.
