The Ministry of Rites memorialized: "The envoys sent by the country of Samudera have come to offer tribute. Because the envoys do not have a seal-imprinted slip, the Guang-dong Provincial Administration Commission has memorialized requesting permission to store the memorial from this country in the Guang-dong official treasury and arrange for the yi to return home. Perhaps three of the fan persons including Jin-dang could be sent to escort their tribute goods to the capital and it might be considered providing each person with one bolt of raw thin silk, two bolts of cotton cloth and thick jackets and shoes to reward them for their efforts." This was approved.
