The envoy Wu-la-li-la-sha and others who had been sent by Xi-li Ma-ha-la-zha-di-la-zha, the king of the country of Lan-bang, presented a memorial and offered tribute of horses, sapan-wood, as well as sandalwood, laka-wood, pepper, peacocks and other goods. It was Imperially commanded that patterned fine silks and silk gauzes interwoven with gold thread be conferred upon their king, and that fine silks, other silks, clothing and boots, as appropriate, be conferred upon Wu-lai-li-la-sha and his attendants.
