The Vice Minister Ou-yang Bi-jin, military superintendent of Guang-dong/Guang-xi, and others were ordered to reward Mo Hong-yi, the due heir to the post of Commander of Annam, for his achievements in capturing the rebellious bandits Fan Zi-yi and so on.
