The chieftain Gu-lu-bu and others who had been sent by Qing-ma-la, the native-official prefect of Meng-gen Prefecture, the chieftain Ban Zhi and others who had been sent by Zhao Ban-ya Lan-zhang, the native-official pacification superintendent of the Laos Military and Civilian Pacification Superintendency, and the chieftain Dao Han-fu and others who had been sent by Dao San-bao, the native official pacification superintendent of the Che-li Pacification Superintendency, all of Yun-nan, came to Court and offered tribute of horses, gold and silver utensils and other goods. A banquet, as well as biao-li of variegated silks, were conferred upon them. It was also ordered that they take Imperial orders as well as biao-li of variegated silks to confer, on their return, on the native officials and their wives.
