Wang Ting-guang, the assistant regional commander of Yong-chang/Teng-chong, was removed from his post and replaced by the Xing-long Regional Vice Commander Chen Yin. The Commandant Liu Su was promoted to the full rank of mobile corps commander with responsibility for the defence of Long-ba.
