The Guang-dong/Guang-xi Supreme Commander Xu Hong-gang and the Regional Inspector Wang Ming-xuan submitted a memorial of impeachment against the Wei-zhou Mobile Corps Commander Wang Xi (Alt: Wang Xi-zhang), requesting that he be removed from his post and subject to investigation. This was in response to an attack by Jiao yi.
