Wu Zhong, the Auxiliary Minister of Works and others, memorialized: "During the Yong-le reign (1403-24), verification tallies were conferred upon the Che-li Pacification Superintendency and other offices in Yun-nan. Now, that we are in the first year of the Xuan-de reign, we should produce new tallies and provide them." This was approved.
