It was ordered that Fan Jing, a vice minister in the Auxiliary Ministry of Justice, proceed to Guang-xi, that Hu Yi, a vice censor-in-chief of the Censorate, proceed to Guang-dong and that Li Su, a vice censor-in-chief, proceed to Hu-guang to act as general supervisors in the transport of grain to Jiao-zhi to supply the troops.
