The eunuch official Yun Xian and others had been sent to confer Imperial orders of comfort on them and also to confer upon them ramie-silk, silk gauzes and velvet brocades as appropriate. At this time, the Mu-bang Pacification Superintendent Han Men-fa memorialized that the Lu-chuan/Ping-mian Pacification Superintendent Si Ren-fa and others had attacked and occupied his territory.
