The envoy Bu-gai Ji-biao and others who had been sent by Zhan-ba Di-lai, the king of the country of Champa, presented a memorial and offered tribute of elephants and local products. Paper money and silks, as appropriate, were conferred upon them. Bu-gai Ji-biao memorialized, requesting headwear and a belt. It was ordered that the Ministry of Rites confer these upon him.
