The chieftain Na-ya (Alt: La-ya), who had been sent by Na-luo-ta, the pacification superintendent of Ava-Burma, came to Court and advised that they had been attacked and pillaged by Mu-bang. As Na-luo-ta had also frequently acted in an aggressive manner, the Emperor sent people with instructions for them, requiring that both parties cultivate good relations with the other and that each protect their own territories.
