The persons sent by Li Fang-yuan, the king of the country of Korea, Hu Di, the king of the country of Annam, and the native officials, rulers and chiefs of the yi in the four directions, presented memorials and offered tribute of fine horses and local products to express felicitations on the coming New Year's Day.
