The eunuch Zhang Qin and others were sent to bestow on Si Xing-fa and the other native officials of the two pacification superintendencies of Lu-chuan and Ava-Burma and of Meng-yang Prefecture, the variegated silks, silk gauzes and other goods which had been conferred upon them.
