The Investigating Censor Gao Xiang, regional inspector for Jiao-zhi, advised: "When officials who have been sent to Jiao-zhi on official business or expedition died through illness, their bones are left exposed to the elements for years. We should order the relevant officials to send such bones back to the deceased's village for burial." This was approved.
