The Hu-guang, Zhe-jiang and Fu-jian Regional Military Commissions were Imperially ordered to despatch a further 15,000 troops. Also, the guards under Fu-jian and Zhe-jiang were ordered to select strong Tatar troops, appoint Tatar officials to lead them and to have them proceed to Guang-xi to await the expedition.
