[Li] Qing-qing, the son of Li Sheng, the deceased county magistrate of Ping-xiang County in Guang-xi, was promoted to Ping-xiang County magistrate. This was ordered as Chen Qia, the chief minister of the Court of Judicial Review had memorialized that Qing-qing was capable in spying on the bandit situation.
