The chieftain Luo-xia and others who had been sent by Si Xing-fa, the pacification superintendent of Lu-chuan/Ping-mian, and by Na-luo-ta, the pacification superintendent of Ava-Burma, presented tribute of horses and local products in gratitude for the conferral of gold warrants and verification tallies. Na-luo-ta also admitted his guilt in having occupied his younger brother's land and taken his property without authority. Paper money and silk clothing were conferred upon all of them.
