Li Zong-xin (Alt: Li Chong-xin), the prefect of Bao-ning Prefecture, was promoted to surveillance commissioner in Fu-jian and Peng Dao-xiang, the vice prefect of Han-yang Prefecture was promoted to assistant commissioner of the right in the Jiang-xi Provincial Administration Commission. However, before they took up these posts, both were transferred to Jiao-zhi.
