It was ordered that the subprefectures of Nan Dian and Teng-chong, the Chief's Offices of Wa Dian and Gan-yai and the Lu-jiang Pacification Office, all in Yun-nan, remain under the jurisdiction of the Jin-chi Military and Civilian Command. The Lu-jiang Subprefecture local company commander was to return to Yong-chang Battalion. The Lu-jiang subprefectural magistrate Dao Zhen-han and the vice magistrate Dao Bu-lang were again appointed as battalion commanders. This was ordered in accordance with a request memorialized by the Regional Commander and Qian-guo Duke Mu Sheng and others.
