A banquet in celebration of New Year's Day was conferred upon the envoy Xia-er-ye-mei and others, a total of 14 persons from the country of Bengal, but they failed to express their gratitude (失於入謝). The officials of the Court of State Ceremonial submitted an impeachment against them. The Emperor said: "They are yi people. There is no need to prosecute them."
