The Chief's Offices of Mu-bang, Ava-Burma, Che-li, Ba-bai/Da-dian, Wei-yuan, Da-hou and Shi Dian, all in Yun-nan, were each provided with a verification tally and a gold warrant and it was ordered that they combine their troops and attack the rebellious Lu-chuan bandit Si Ren-fa.
