The Censor-in-chief Wang Jun, superintendent of the Ting-zhang Circuit in Southern Jiang-xi, requested, due to the current disturbance in Annam, that the eight-tenths of the silver obtained through salt tax which it had originally been proposed to forward, be retained in Gan-zhou Prefecture to be used for the raising of troops.
