On this day, the Minister of Works Huang Fu who was in charge of the affairs of the Jiao-zhi Provincial Administration Commission returned to Long Subprefecture in Guang-xi. Subsequently, the chieftain Ruan Fu-li was sent to escort Fu across the border.
