The four chief's offices of La-ci-he, Wa-lu-zhi, Ge Dian and Xiang-luo were established subordinate to Yong-ning Guard in Yun-nan. The native ruler Zhang Shou was appointed as Chief of La-ci-he, A Ju was appointed as Chief of Wa-lu-er, A Cuo was appointed as Chief of Ge-dian and Ba-fei was appointed as Chief of Xiang-luo. They were all given seals, and headwear, robes, silver belts and variegated silks were conferred upon them. At this time, Shou and the others had come to offer tribute of horses. It was thus that these orders were issued.
