The Grand Master for Thorough Counsel Tao Quan-jin, the Junior Grand Master of the Palace Ruan Ying-long and others, who had been sent by Chen Ri-kun of Annam, presented a memorial and offered tribute of local products. Paper money, as appropriate, was conferred upon them.
